Adding a user-generated content (UGC) section to a rewards app
A new Create tab and end-to-end flow that lets student-athletes find UGC deals, get a free product, make a short video ad, and get paid, without the app feeling like two separate products.
Building a marketplace from scratch for a sport with nowhere to buy or sell boats
Top Mark is a live marketplace for one-design sailboats that was designed, built, and launched by me, end to end, and got real customers within the first week.
Redesigning Denver's permitting website to reduce customer service call volume
Conducted heuristic audit, created new information architecture and designs, and conducted usability testing with 14 users resulting in a redesign where users completed their tasks 90% of the time.
Designing a dashboard that makes advertising performance easier to understand
Created a dashboard that salespeople could use to show off the performance of a campaign to clients while also upselling them on future campaigns.

Design and build
I don't stop at the Figma file. On Top Mark I designed, wrote, and built the whole marketplace, so my designs account for what's actually shippable.
Research that changes the design
I performed a heuristic audit, created new information architecture, and conducted usability testing with 14 real users, then completed a redesign that led to 90% task completion.
Fast when speed matters
Designed a high-fidelity, clickable State of Colorado prototype that went from a blank file to a stakeholder pitch within 48 hours.
Alignment before polish
Led 3 workshops to align 3 product managers and 2 designers on one direction, so the team spent its time validating, not redoing.
Complex problems, simple products
I'm a product designer who turns complex problems into products that feel simple and intuitive. I've spent 4 years working across e-commerce, consumer products, telecom, government, and sales tech industries.
When I'm not deep in Figma layers or chatting with Claude Design, I'm probably at a concert, on a boat, or hiking with my dog.
